We just came across a really good video on the "ins" and "outs" of insurance products for investment properties. The video is a power point presentation which you really cannot see (it's too far in the background) but the presenter from Nationwide Insurance does an excellent job discussing the various points of the presentation. He goes over various products, offers suggestions on how to best shop for insurance and compare programs, and he discusses some of the pitfalls that can affect the uninsured and under-insured. The video is 21:00 minutes long but can be well worthwhile for anyone who is serious about investing in real estate and protecting their finances.
